Dear Students, Parents & Guardians:

Earlier today, The Manitoba Department of Education provided schools with a letter today confirming that “on January 18, 2021, the temporary two-week period of remote learning following the holiday break will end and in-person classroom learning will resume.”

Schools will resume operations under “Restricted Level Orange”.  Please see the Manitoba Government News Bulletin from October 22nd detailing what “Restricted Level Orange” looks like in schools.

St. Paul’s High School continues to evaluate extracurricular activities. Athletic programming remains paused until Public Health lifts restrictions set on October 30th (see news bulletin here.)

Semester 1 Exams are scheduled for January 25–29. See exam schedule here

We remind students, parents/guardians to follow the directives from Manitoba Public Health, including:

  • Staying home if you are sick or when any member of your family is sick.
  • Reducing social contacts; social gatherings are discouraged.
  • Self-isolating pending COVID-19 test results, or self-isolating if someone in your household is symptomatic, pending COVID-19 test results.
  • Self-Assessing before attending school. See the COVID-19 Screening Tool.

St. Paul’s is looking forward to welcoming students back for full-time in-person learning on Monday, January 18, Schedule 1, Day A.
