Luc Deleau only had the lead for about 2 cm in his Varsity boys 400m Provincial Final. Fortunately for him, it was the last 2 cm of the race as he came from 3rd place over the final 20meters to win the Gold medal by 2/100th of a second. His time of 50.54 was a 2 second personal best.
Matt Indome continued his domination of the Junior Varsity sprints by winning the 200m and long jump. That gave him three gold and one bronze for the championship.
