Spectators paid for the whole seat on the last day of the Provincial Track and Field Championships... but they only needed the edge as many thrilling finals took place.
The JV Crusaders won the Provincial Banner!
Avery Stubbings completed an incredible weekend by claiming 4 medals (gold - 4 X400, Silver 400m, Silver - Medley relay, and bronze 800m.
Grant White competing in his first ever Provincial Championship also claimed 4 medals for the Cru (Gold - 100m, Gold - 4 X400m, Silver 4X100m, Bronze - 200m.
Other great performance by the JV Crusaders included:
Triple Jump - Marcus Bazan - Bronze Medal
4X100m - Sebastian Las, JP Garcia, Jason Uzonna, White -Silver medal
200m - 6th place Sebastian Las
3000m - 7th place - Alex MacMillan
The Varsity Crusaders were led once again by Robbie Gerstner who won a silver medal in the Triple jump with a jump of 13.41m. Tristan Hutter finished off a great track and field career by placing 7th in the pentathlon.
